The Maison Herout AOC Cotentin Cuvée Tradition Brut Cider 2019 is an organic French cider produced in the Cotentin Peninsula in Normandy.

Bright gold color. Aromas of fallen golden apple, fallen lemon, and earth with a lightly tannic, vibrant, fruity light-to-medium body and a compelling, brisk dried peach, hay, and parchment finish.

A table-ready French Cider for cheese pairings with lots of earthy nuance - like Comte and Blue Cheese. Pair with baked ham too!
