This fresh and bright organic apple cider vinegar from the Cotentin Peninsula in France is a must have for the serious cook. Its low 5.5% acidity contributes a subtle cider flavor to vinaigrette. 250ml

Healthy Vinegar Holiday Mocktail

  • 1 tablespoon of Herout Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or simple syrup to taste
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 150ml sparkling water
  • Sprig of mint
  • Slices of red apple for decoration

In a large glass, stir apple cider vinegar, simple syrup, cinnamon and ginger powder. Rub the mint between your hands to express the aroma and place in the glass. Add the apple juice and fill the glass with ice. Top the glass with sparkling water and add the apple slices for decoration!
