A very limited production of organic cider that was gently fermented and aged in barrels that were formally used to age Calvados. Smooth, delightfully complex, with a wonderful Calvados finish. Naturally effervescent with fine bubbles. Produced in the Cotentin Peninsula . These are the last bottles available. 375 ml/ 7.5% ABV
