Sparkling pear cider with bursts of ginger flavor. The pear cider (poiré) is co-fermented with ginger extracts. The poiré is fermented first, then the ginger extract is added for the final stages of fermentation. 330ML (12oz) bottles. 2% alc/vol.
Beautiful golden color. Bright and tart and balanced.
Chill in the refrigerator, then before serving, place the bottle in the freezer for 30 minutes for the final chilling. Serve in white wine glasses or stemmed cider glasses. Keep cool at the table.
