The Maison Herout Micro-Cuvée No. 1 2020 is a gourmet cider that is aged for at least 3 months in barrels that previously held Calvados. The Calvados barrels reinforce the alcohol and the tannins. A fine fruitiness.  Sparkling.  Very limited quantities.

750ml bottles. 5.5% alc/vol.
