Try this crisp and refreshing tonic for a non-alcoholic cocktail substitute. A delicious way to kick-start your morning.
Ingredients:
1oz. Herout Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2oz. pure apple juice
0.5oz. simple syrup (to taste)
0.25oz. fresh lemon juice
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. freshly grated (or ground) ginger
150ml sparkling water (to taste)
Mint sprig
Garnish with red apple slices
