ingredients:
*2/3 oz. vodka
*1 1/3 oz. Pommeau de Normandie
*1 2/3 oz. lemon juice
*1 oz. rosemary syrup
* 1 egg white
*Ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a shaker without ice cubes and shake well to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice cubes, and shake well again.
Pour into a glass without ice.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and lemon peel.
