ingredients:
*1 1/3 oz. Pommeau de Normandie
*2/3 oz. lime juice
*3 oz. Ginger Ale
*Ice cubes
*1/2 apple sliced for garnish
Directions:
Pour Pommeau de Normandie and lime juice into a shaker.
Shake with ice cubes, then pour into a highball glass.
Top with Ginger Ale
Put slices of apples on a pick and place on glass.
