Cranberry Apple Fizz

Cranberry Apple Fizz

Super easy. Refreshing for summer!  Makes two.

6 oz cranberry juice
3 oz Marquis de Saint Loup Calvados VS or Pierre Huet Calvados VS
3 oz simple syrup (can omit or reduce)
2 oz soda water or seltzer water
Ice

Cranberries for garnish in the winter, maybe strawberries in the summer?

Directions:

  • Add cranberry juice, calvados, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Fill 2 rocks glasses with ice.
  • Pour half the cocktail in each glass. Don't fill the glasses completely.
  • Float 1 oz of seltzer or soda water on top of each cocktail and add  cranberries as garnish ( or use any fresh red fruit as garnish in summer).
  • Serve!!
