A balanced cocktail of sweet & spicy to bring you warmth and comfort in the New Year!
1.5 oz. Pierre Huet VS or Marquis de Saint Loup VS Calvados
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Freshly Grated Ginger
2 oz. Apple Cider
5 oz. French Hard Cider
Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar. Fill old-fashioned glass with ice.
In a shaker, fill with ice and combine Calvados, lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger, and apple cider.
Shake to chill and strain into prepared glass.
Top with French hard cider.
Garnish with cinnamon stick, apple slices and a rosemary sprig.
