1 bottle red wine (750n ml)
1/2 cup Prince de Didonne VS Cognac
1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
2 tablespoons sugar (fine)
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup club soda
1 unpeeled orange, sliced into sections
1 unpeeled lemon, sliced into sections
1 unpeeled apple, sliced into thin sections
Directions
In a pitcher combine the wine, brandy, orange liqueur and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the orange juice and club soda. Add the orange, lemon and apple slices, and chill. Serve either over ice or without ice in a big balloon red wine glass.
