Made with Prince de Didonne VS Cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice, the Sidecar is an easy-to-make classic.
Easily adjust the recipe to make two cocktails or several! Stir everything together and put in refrigerator, then just before serving, shake over ice (or stir) and then strain into coupe glasses.
Ingredients (for one):
*2 oz Prince de Didonne Cognac VS
*3/4 oz Cointreau
*3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Put ice into a shaker or a stirring vessel.
Pour in Cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice.
Shake or stir for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon, or orange or even lime!
