The BRITZER

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz bottle of Kystin Opalyne Brut Cidre
  • 1/2 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice (or to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Cointreau
  • Ice

Pour lemon juice and lime juice into a glass.  Pour in some Kystin Opalyne cider. Stir.  Fill glass with ice.  Pour in Kystin Opalyne cider to fill up the glass. Float Cointreau on top. Don't shake or stir.  Just add straw and enjoy!!
