A French version of the ever-popular Mojito - using Armagnac VS.
* 10 fresh spearmint leaves
* 1/2 lime cut into three wedges
* 2 Tablespoons sugar
* Ice cubes
* 1 1/2 ounces Labiette Castille VS Armagnac
* Club soda
Put fresh spearmint leaves and one lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Muddle/crush everything together to release the juice and the mint oils.
Add remaining lime wedges and the sugar to the glass. Muddle/crush again. Leave limes and leaves in the glass, don't strain.
Fill glass with ice, almost to the top.
Add Armagnac and then fill the glass with club soda.
Add a sprig of mint on the top. Add a straw.
