2 ounces Calvados
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
1/4 ounce lemon juice
5 ounces tonic water (we recommend Fever Free Tonic)
Orange peel for garnish
Add Calvados , St. Germain and lemon juice into glass with a large ice cube. Top with tonic water. Take an orange peel and express the oils onto the top of the drink. Use the orange peel for garnish.
