The Normandy Kir

Ingredients

*1 oz. black currant, peach or blackberry liqueur

*1 oz. Marquis de Saint Loup Calvados VS or Pierre Huet Pays D'Auge Calvados VS

*4 oz brut (dry) Normandy cider very chilled - preferably Maison Herout Amour Brut

Directions

Pour liqueur and Calvados into a tall Champagne Flute.

Add chilled dry Normandy cider to the top of the glass.

Give a quick stir.

Garnish with apple slices.
