Six or seven raspberries
3 fresh basil leaves
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz Marquis de Saint-Loup VS or Pierre Huet VS Calvados
1 oz sparkling water
Crush the pink berries in the shaker. Split 3 leaves of fresh basil and put them in the shaker. Add the simple syrup, lemon juice and Calvados. Fill the shaker with ice and shake, filter, serve in a cocktail glass and add sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of basil and a whole raspberry.
